Protocol.
At MatrixVera, we treat data architecture with the same precision as our game loops. This policy outlines our commitment to transparency, user autonomy, and the strict technical boundaries we maintain.
What we monitor (and why).
Our game development philosophy relies on high-fidelity performance data. We collect information necessary to ensure stable frame rates and low latency across the German mobile network infrastructure. This isn't just about analytics; it's about engineering a seamless experience for every hardware profile.
Technical Telemetry
Device model, OS version, GPU benchmarks, and network latency samples. We use this to balance graphics fidelity vs. frame stability.
Engagement Metrics
Session duration, feature usage frequency, and crash reports. Essential for rapid patch deployment and bug squashing.
Processing
Constraints.
ASSUMPTION
We assume users prioritize low-latency over high-frequency social features.
CONSTRAINT
No data processing occurs outside the EEA without explicit functional necessity (e.g., global leaderboard sync).
Information handling at MatrixVera is governed by the principle of least privilege. Data is stored on secure servers located in professional data centers within Germany (primarily Berlin/Frankfurt). We do not use "dark patterns" to trick users into sharing extra permissions; if an app requests camera or location access, it is strictly for integrated gameplay mechanics or localization functions.
Data retention follows a strict lifecycle. We purge inactive session data after 12 months of zero account activity. For guests playing without accounts, hardware signatures are hashed and stored only to prevent system exploitation and balance-tampering in competitive modes.
Security Scenario:
The Login Loop
A user attempts to connect from a high-latency mobile hotspot in Berlin. Our system detects the IP range and hardware ID. Instead of storing the exact location, we log the provider type and city node. This allows our infrastructure to route game traffic efficiently without ever tracking the user's precise physical movement.

Your Autonomy.
Under GDPR and international privacy standards, you hold the ultimate authority over your digital footprint within the MatrixVera ecosystem.
Access & Extraction
Request a full machine-readable export of all telemetry and profile data associated with your hardware ID.
Digital Erasure
Exercise your "Right to be Forgotten." Upon request, all personally identifiable markers are scrubbed from our production logs.
Processing Objection
You may opt-out of specific non-essential analytics processing directly through the in-app settings panel.
Localized Support.
Being based in Berlin, we adhere to the world's most stringent data protection laws. We coordinate closely with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit to ensure our practices remain beyond reproach.
